Terms & Conditions

Please kindly read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Natic Travel. By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.

1. Reservation

All services should be booked through our Hanoi Head Office. The contact address and telephone / facsimile are as bellow:

2. Confirmation

Upon receipt of your request, the Natic Travel team will check and inform you about availability. Your booking is considered confirmed when we receive your acknowledgment.

3. Tour Voucher

Tour Vouchers will be issued to you after we receive your final confirmation.

4. Warranty

In some cases, to hold your reservation, our company will require your credit card details or guarantee. We will email you a credit card authorization form. To validate the guarantee, you will have to complete the form with all required details and return to us by fax or email.

5. Deposit

A deposit of minimum 30% (depending on each booking) will be requested to guarantee all reservations. This deposit can be made by bank transfer to our company's account advised below. The remainder of the fee can be paid upon arrival in Hanoi or to Natic Travel’s offices in: Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar or Cambodia by your CASH or credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

6. Final Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer payable to our Bank account, and all banking service charges will be the responsibility of the payee.

Final payment is due 30 days in advance of the tour. These payments are due in our office or submitted online 45 days prior to the departure date. If reservations are made less than 45 days prior to departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, Natic Travel may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.

Cash payment: Only after the agreement of the two parties paying for the remaining balance at our office

Travellers’ cheque: Only after the agreement of the two parties; in this case, 3% of expenses are charged by customer paying for the remaining balance at our office

Credit card: For payment by credit card, 3-4% of expenses are charged by customers. This is for paying the balance in our offices & pay online through Onepay system.

7. Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, Natic Travel will not impose any charges because we strive to provide the best service and experience to our customers. However, if hotels or transportation contractors apply charges for cancellation, you will be responsible for payment of the charges that apply. Cancellation policies vary, depending upon the type of service, the time of year, and the reason for cancellation. We will pass on to you all details of any cancellation policy with our reply upon request.

8. Refunds

No Refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
